Developer agreement
Version 2026-09-12. You accept it when you apply to publish and each time you submit a ticket; the version you accepted is recorded with the application and the ticket.
1. What you let us do
You give Freedom35 Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, run, display and promote the game and its page material (title, text, covers, screenshots, trailer) on Freedom35 Studios, for as long as it is published there and a reasonable time after it is removed. You keep ownership of your game. You may publish it anywhere else.
2. Money
All payments from players are collected by Freedom35 Studios. Any payment to you for your game is made by Freedom35 Studios, and is recorded in your studio.
3. What you promise
- You own, or have the right to use, everything in the game and its page — code, art, music, sound, voice, fonts, 3D models and the output of any AI tool — and you used any AI tool within its terms.
- Your answers about content and about AI use are true and complete, and you will update them if the game changes. See the AI content policy.
- The game contains no malware, crypto-mining, hidden tracking, or code that tries to reach other websites, players' accounts, or other games.
- Nothing generated in the game imitates a real person's likeness or voice, or someone else's characters or trademarks, without permission.
- The game does not collect personal information from players.
4. Content
The game and its page follow the content policy: nothing illegal, no hateful content, no sexual content involving minors, and nothing that exploits players. Mature content is declared honestly in the ticket.
5. Review, updates and removal
We review every request before it goes live and may decline one. We may test any build, roll an update back, or remove a game from the site at any time, including straight away when a game breaks these terms, receives a copyright complaint, or puts players at risk. You can ask us to take your game down at any time with a takedown ticket.
6. If something goes wrong
You are responsible for claims that arise from your game or its page, and you will cover Freedom35 Studios for them. The service is provided as it is.
7. Copyright complaints
If someone reports that a game infringes their copyright, we may remove it while we look into it and will tell you. A developer who repeatedly publishes infringing work loses access to publishing. The process is on the copyright page.
8. Your account
Keep your sign-in and your developer tokens to yourself. Two-step verification is required before your account can put builds on a channel or connect a device or AI tool.
9. Changes
When this agreement changes, the version number changes and the new version applies to the next ticket you submit.
