Send a copyright notice
Everything below is needed for a notice to be acted on. It is shared with the game's developer so they can respond.
What happens next
- We review the notice. A complete notice about a game on this site is acted on promptly; we may take the game down while we look into it.
- We tell the game's developer and pass on the notice.
- A developer who believes the notice is mistaken can reply through a support ticket with a counter-notice: what was removed, why they have the right to use it, their contact details, and their agreement to be contacted by the person who sent the notice. We send it to that person.
- If the person who sent the notice does not tell us within ten business days that they have taken legal action, we may put the game back.
Repeat infringers
A developer whose games receive repeated valid notices loses access to publishing on Freedom35 Studios, and their games are removed.
